Jack Berckemeyer is a nationally recognized presenter, author, and humorist with a background in middle school education. He began his career as a teacher in Denver, Colorado, earning recognition as an outstanding educator early on. With a master’s degree in Middle Level Education and an administrator’s degree, he served as Assistant Executive Director for the National Middle School Association for 13 years before founding Berckemeyer Consulting Group.

The Oklahoma Public School Resource Center (OPSRC) is thrilled to announce the 2025 Oklahoma School Innovation Summit, taking place on June 4 - 5, 2025, and we invite you to submit a proposal to lead a presentation!

Our annual OSIS Conference brings together educators, school leaders, and education advocates to explore innovative practices and address the evolving needs of public education in Oklahoma. We are seeking dynamic workshop proposals that offer practical tools, inspiring ideas, and collaborative solutions that can positively impact Oklahoma schools.

Presentation Proposal Guidelines:

  • 45 minute sessions

  • Sessions that engage and educate

  • Tools and best practices that are working in your school

  • Time for Q & A

We are not interested in:

  • Sales pitches for products

  • Lectures with no audience participation
