Director of the Teaching and Learning

As OPSRC’s teaching and learning director, Tammy Dillard leads, manages and directs staff responsible for providing professional learning services to our member schools. Tammy also leads the Innovative School Cohort, which focuses on helping school leaders to build and expand their capacity in leading and implementing effective change, which positively impacts student outcomes.

With more than 30 years of classroom and administrative experience in Oklahoma, Tammy brings practical experience to the role, along with her passion for building a continuous culture of improvement. Tammy earned her bachelor's degree in elementary education from Southeastern Oklahoma State University before completing graduate work in curriculum and supervision at the University of Oklahoma.
