Pat McKinstry

Deputy Director

Pat McKinstry serves as deputy director and oversees the overall financial operations of OPSRC. Pat brings more than 20 years of experience in nonprofit management. She also manages the Catalyst Education Fund, which provides donated tax credit funds to member schools who are providing innovative programs to their students.

Pat holds a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Central Oklahoma and earned a paralegal certificate at the University of Oklahoma.
