Charter School Program Grant Specialist

Getoya Lowe, charter school program grant specialist, provides technical support to charter schools that have received the federal Charter School Program (CSP) Grant through OPSRC. Getoya formerly served as the school operations manager for Tulsa Lighthouse Charter School.

Getoya studied accounting and finance at Saint Mary College and holds a computer programming and entrepreneurship certification.
