Director of Communications

As OPSRC’s director of communications, Bonnie Rogers coordinates internal and external public relations efforts, including media relations. With over 30 years of public education experience, Bonnie has worked in diverse areas of public education, from serving as a classroom teacher and curriculum coach to director of communications and chief information officer. Her tenure has spanned classroom experience in Texas, Kentucky, and Oklahoma. Before joining the OPSRC team, she retired from Jenks Public Schools after the 22-23 school year.

Rogers earned a bachelor of science in secondary mathematics education from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. Bonnie also holds a master’s degree in educational administration from the University of Oklahoma (OU), in addition to post graduate work in OU’s Educational Leadership Doctoral program.
