Introduction to Personalized Learning

Have you been hearing about the Oklahoma schools that have implemented personalized learning on their campuses and want to learn more about it? This is the event for you! Come hear Kenneth Grover, a national expert in personalized learning and former principal of Innovations Early College High School in Salt Lake City, Utah, discuss the journey to personalized learning.

You will also hear more about OPSRC's personalized learning support program from administrators, teachers, and students! Schools who join our personalized learning cohort receive targeted support and resources, including professional development, school visits, IT services and thought partners. We look to continue the expansion of personalized learning each year using Ken's and other successful models. Personalized learning is about making things click and fit for every student; as such, we recognize that every district has different needs and resources and will need to make their approach unique.

This event is open to all schools regardless of grade level. Lunch will be included, and there is no cost to attend. Everybody is welcome; you do not need to be an OPSRC member school to attend.

Parking is on the north side of the building - southwest corner of NW 14th & Harvey. Enter through the east door. Additional parking is on the west side of the building. Please do not park on the south side on 13th street due to limited space.

Rescheduling requests or cancellations must be made as soon as possible. OPSRC reserves the right at its discretion to assess a $75 fee to your district for cancellations not made in a timely fashion. We ask for your campus and supervisor/principal information so we can contact them with information in the event of an uncanceled registration.
